Directory of UK Health Websites

PatientLinks is a directory of Health Organisations/Charities that provide reliable, evidence-based, health information for the UK public.  The organisations are primarily UK based and have been appraised by our team of editors who are all health information professionals within or associated with the NHS.    This database is continually being expanded and updated and we welcome suggestions and contributions. 

The information provided on PatientLinks is designed to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between a patient or site visitor and their doctor.   The organisations listed provide quality patient information and some also offer local support groups and/or Helplines answered by appropriately qualified staff.   We have included some overseas websites for information, but contacts and treatments will not be relevant to UK residents for whom this website is intended.
